Since the start of this course, I have significantly improved my flexibility through regular yoga practice. To enhance this skill, I began incorporating daily stretching routines into my morning routine and attended yoga classes twice a week. Additionally, I sought guidance from instructors to learn proper techniques and gradually increased the complexity of the poses I attempted.
