1.3. Formulate three (3) learning outcomes/objectives for the training of the new employee. Ensure that the outcomes adhere to the three areas of well-written outcome/ training objective.

1. By the end of the training, the new employee will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the company's products and services, including their key features and benefits, through successfully completing a product quiz with a score of 90% or higher.

2. Upon completion of the training, the new employee will be able to effectively use the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system to input, update, and access customer information accurately and efficiently, as demonstrated by successfully completing a simulated customer interaction exercise with minimal errors.

3. After the training, the new employee will be able to apply effective communication skills in a professional setting by accurately conveying information to internal and external stakeholders, as evidenced by participating in a mock sales pitch and receiving positive feedback from colleagues and supervisors.
