1.3. Formulate three (3) learning outcomes/objectives for the training of the new employee

1. The new employee will be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of company policies and procedures within their first week of onboarding.

2. The new employee will be able to effectively use all necessary software programs and tools required for their job responsibilities by the end of their first month.
3. The new employee will be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to accomplish team goals and objectives within the first three months of employment.
