Ingredients:
- 6-8 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 package of pie crusts (or homemade pie crust)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the sliced apples, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, flour, and lemon juice. Make sure the apples are well coated in the mixture.
3. Roll out one of the pie crusts and place it in a pie dish. Trim any excess crust hanging over the edges.
