45 Minute Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated pie crust

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it into the bottom and sides.
4. Pour the chicken mixture into the pie crust.
5. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the filling. Trim any excess crust and crimp the edges to seal.
6. Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
8. Let the pie cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
