How to Create a Quick Part named Precision from the first two paragraphs in the document, which include the company name and address line in word

1. Open the Word document that contains the first two paragraphs you want to create a Quick Part from.

2. Select the first paragraph by clicking and dragging your cursor over the text.

3. Click on the "Insert" tab in the top menu bar.

4. Click on "Quick Parts" in the Text group.

5. Select "Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery" from the drop-down menu.

6. In the Create New Building Block dialog box, enter a name for your Quick Part (e.g. Precision) in the Name field.
