Andragogy and pedagogy are two distinct approaches to education, each tailored to different learning styles and stages of development. Pedagogy is the traditional method of teaching children, where the teacher has a more authoritative role and controls the learning process. On the other hand, andragogy is the method of teaching adults, where the learner takes a more self-directed approach and has more control over their own learning.
