To enhance characteristics of good learners in my LS class, I will incorporate various strategies such as promoting a growth mindset, encouraging a positive attitude towards learning, fostering a sense of curiosity, and creating a supportive and collaborative learning environment. For example, I will praise effort and progress rather than just achievement, provide opportunities for students to set goals and reflect on their learning, and engage students in interactive and hands-on activities.

2. Teaching IP learners can be stressful due to their age and the challenges they might face in terms of attention span, emotional regulation, and social interactions. To cope with this stress, I will prioritize self-care and seek support from colleagues, mentors, and resources available within the school. I will also implement mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, and stress management strategies to help me stay calm and focused while teaching IP learners.

3. Intrapersonal skills that learners in the IP should acquire include self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.
