In 3-5 sentences describe something you learned in Unit 4 of this course about ecosystem interactions

Use words biodiversity – the variation among organisms in an ecosystem
ecosystem – all the organisms in a given area along with the nonliving things with which they interact
immigration – the movement of individuals into an area
emigration – the movement of individuals out of an area

In Unit 4, I learned about how biodiversity plays a crucial role in the interactions within an ecosystem. The more variation among organisms in an ecosystem, the more stable and resilient it is likely to be. I also learned about how immigration and emigration can impact ecosystem dynamics, as the movement of individuals into or out of an area can have far-reaching effects on the balance of species within that ecosystem. Understanding these interactions is key to understanding the overall health and functioning of an ecosystem.
