As you can see, improving your sense of self-efficacy is all about setting achievable goals and then achieving them. Your task for this first exercise, therefore, is to think of a new achievable goal for yourself and to take steps toward achieving it. You can move toward more difficult goals later, but for now, think of something that you already know you’re good at, and think of a challenge to set yourself. It doesn’t matter if you find this challenge relatively easy; it’s easy because you’re good at something! Other people may find your particular challenge quite difficult. For example, while some people may find running a race quite easy, for others that would be the most challenging item on the list. Find what you’re good at, and see how far you can go with it. After you have taken your first steps, write about your experience in around 200 words. my goal is to learn how to tune a engine

My achievable goal for this exercise is to learn how to tune an engine. I have always been interested in cars and engines, and I know that with some research and practice, I can achieve this goal. I have some basic knowledge of how engines work, but tuning one is a whole different level of expertise.

To start my journey towards achieving this goal, I first did some research online to understand the basic principles of engine tuning. I watched tutorials, read articles, and talked to some friends who have experience in this area. Next, I purchased a tuning kit and started practicing on my own car. It was a bit nerve-wracking at first, but with each adjustment I made, I could see and feel the improvements in performance.

After a few weeks of practicing and refining my skills, I successfully tuned my engine to a level where it was running smoother and more efficiently than before. I felt a great sense of accomplishment and pride in achieving this goal. It may have been a relatively easy challenge for me, but it was still a significant achievement.

Moving forward, I plan to continue learning and experimenting with engine tuning to further improve my skills and knowledge in this area. This experience has not only boosted my sense of self-efficacy but also reignited my passion for cars and engines.
