What are the differences and similarities between your views and expectations of teaching and learning in classrooms.

Differences:

1. Views: I believe that teaching should be student-centered, focusing on the individual needs and strengths of each student. I also value the importance of creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe to express themselves. On the other hand, my expectations of teaching involve delivering content in a clear and engaging manner, providing opportunities for students to actively participate in their learning, and assessing their understanding through various forms of assessment.
2. Views: I believe that learning should be a collaborative process where students are actively engaged in their own learning and encouraged to explore new ideas and concepts. I also believe that learning should be meaningful and relevant to students’ lives. In contrast, my expectations of learning involve students demonstrating their understanding of content, applying their knowledge to real-world situations, and developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Similarities:
1. Both my views and expectations of teaching and learning emphasize the importance of creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated and empowered to learn.
2. Both my views and expectations of teaching and learning prioritize the development of critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills in students.
3. Both my views and expectations of teaching and learning involve the use of various instructional strategies and assessment tools to support student learning and growth.
