Differences:
1. Views: I believe that teaching should be student-centered, focusing on the individual needs and strengths of each student. I also value the importance of creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe to express themselves. On the other hand, my expectations of teaching involve delivering content in a clear and engaging manner, providing opportunities for students to actively participate in their learning, and assessing their understanding through various forms of assessment.
2. Views: I believe that learning should be a collaborative process where students are actively engaged in their own learning and encouraged to explore new ideas and concepts. I also believe that learning should be meaningful and relevant to students’ lives. In contrast, my expectations of learning involve students demonstrating their understanding of content, applying their knowledge to real-world situations, and developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
