Classic Chai Tea Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2 black tea bags
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 whole cloves
- 4 cardamom pods
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar

Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the tea bags, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom pods, and ginger to the boiling water. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the milk and honey (or sugar) to the saucepan and stir to combine.
4. Continue to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the tea into your favorite mug.
6. Serve hot and enjoy the warm and comforting flavors of this classic chai tea.

Optional additions: Feel free to customize your chai tea by adding a dash of nutmeg, a pinch of black pepper, or a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor. You can also adjust the sweetness level by adding more or less honey or sugar according to your preference.
