Two leadership qualities that I possess are strong communication skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively. However, I would like to work on my ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges and develop better conflict resolution skills to handle disagreements within a group more effectively. I believe these improvements will help me become a more well-rounded and effective leader in student or community government.
