Give a specific example of a time when you used good judgement and logic in solving a problem? (make up a random story not too long make it short and believable as a human and what a 14 year old would debate about)

One day, I was enjoying my free time at home when my younger sibling started arguing with me about who gets to use the computer first. As a responsible 14-year-old, I knew that using logic and good judgment would help us find a fair resolution.

Instead of escalating the argument, I decided to calmly talk to my sibling and understand their needs. I listened attentively to their reasons for wanting to use the computer and realized they needed it for their homework assignment that was due the next day. On the other hand, I wanted to play an online game with my friends but had no pressing deadlines.

Using my logical thinking, I proposed a compromise. I suggested that my sibling could use the computer for a limited time to complete their homework while I patiently waited. Then, once they finished, I would get an equal amount of time to enjoy my gaming session.

Both of us agreed to my suggestion because it was fair and considered both of our needs. I set a timer to ensure we both received an equal amount of time on the computer, and we followed through with our agreement.

By approaching the situation with good judgment and logic, I not only avoided a potential argument with my sibling but also found a solution that benefited both of us.
