Portfolio Assignment
In this portfolio assignment, you will choose an event from the Great Depression and World War II eras and take on a persona from the event. For example, you could choose to portray a black soldier returning home from World War II, Eugene Talmadge opposing the New Deal, or Franklin D. Roosevelt visiting Warm Springs and observing conditions in Georgia. You will create a two-page narrative that demonstrates the important facts about your selected event through the eyes of this person.
