You have just been hired as a fitness professional at the new fitness facility in your town. Most of your day is spent as a floor trainer. You orient new members to the facility while assisting current members with workouts, offering fitness advice, and keeping the fitness floor clean and safe. Part of your duty is to recruit new and current members to augment personal training clientele.

1. Explain how this looks (your possible day to day routine, on the floor and training) with all of the COVID safety precautions.
2. While working with your personal training client, she trips over a weight that was left on the floor. She says she felt a pop in her ankle. On observation, you notice swelling on the lateral aspect. What do you think her injury could be and how would you handle this situation?

We do not do your homework for you. Although it might take more effort to do the work on your own, you will profit more from your effort. We will be happy to evaluate your work though.
