I have a 30-60-90 triangle

With short leg “x” long leg “6” what is my “x”.

I keep getting it wrong
I thought would be either xsquarrroot 3 or just 6

30-60-90 the ratio of the sides opposite is ... 1-√3-2

6 / √3 = x / 1 ... x = 2√3

or ... hypotenuse is twice the short leg

by Pythagoras ... (2x)2 = x^2 + 6^2
... 4 x^2 = x^2 + 36 ... 3 x^2 = 36 ... x^2 = 12 ... x = √12 = √4 * √3 = 2√3
