Let say I made a book. And I get $1 for every 10,000 people that buys my book. So if 100 million people brought my book, how much money would I have?

Also another question. What type of math is this, and how do I do it? Can someone explain it to me?

100000K/10K = 10000

so you'd get $10K
This could be set up as a proportion
10,000/1 = 100,000,000/x
or as a dimensional analysis, converting people to dollars

100,000,000 people * $1/10,000 people = $10,000
