However, it's important to note that most images of the Sun, including those taken from the Earth's surface or satellites, do not capture the solar corona directly. Instead, they often capture the photosphere, which is the visible surface of the Sun. The photosphere appears as a bright, yellowish disk and contains features such as sunspots and granules. The solar corona, on the other hand, is usually observed during solar eclipses or with special instruments designed to block the overwhelming brightness of the photosphere.
