Hi, this is my assignment. I did make it 30 words long but, I think it's terrible. It's very hard for me to do. Could someone please give me some suggestions as to what to change or improve please?

You must draft a lead sentence for your news story about your chosen career in journalism. Your sentence must meet the following requirements:
It must be between 20 and 30 words long.
It must address at least three of the Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How.
It must not express opinion.
What: Online-journalists are people who use the electronic platform to report.
Where: An online-journalist can work anywhere from home or travel.
How: To be one, it requires a minimum 4 year degree.

You will have to use a series to do that, with commas and connectors such as "and" or "or" or "nor".

here are two of todays examples from the NY Times.
<<The news channel RT has been called the Kremlin’s “principal international propaganda outlet,” and its embrace of YouTube is under scrutiny in the inquiry into interference in the 2016 election.>>
<<President Trump renewed his attacks on Senator Bob Corker shortly after Mr. Corker said the White House should “step aside” and leave tax legislation to Congress.>>

Thank you very much!

Sure! Here's a revised lead sentence that meets the requirements:

"Online journalists, equipped with a minimum 4-year degree, utilize the electronic platform to report news from anywhere, whether it be from the comfort of their homes or while traveling."

This sentence addresses the "Who" (online journalists), "What" (reporting news), "Where" (from anywhere), and "How" (requiring a minimum 4-year degree).
