I left out a last thing on the questionnaire.

Whicf of the following should be evaluate a mistake?

1) ......(moral conscience/fear/cowardice) is what prevents man from committing suicide. (in Hamlet)
2) The fear of death allows man to bear sufferings and ...... (injustices, pain(or pains?), sorrows, troubles) Which are possible?

  • English -

In my opinion, I would consider these to be errors:

    1. fear

    2. pains

For #2, these should be considered correct: injustice, pain, sorrows, troubles.

I'd also make "sufferings" a singular, not a plural.
