What on earth are you evaluating? Novel? Short story? Biography? A child's academic progress? A scientific experiment? Choice of clothing to wear to a party?

Anything can be evaluated. This is what I wrote but wasn't sure if it was right. first it is a principle or standard by which something maybe judged or decided...then you have to clearly identify the factors that are relevant and prioritize them according to their importance in satisfying the needs that it is needed
