A propaganda poster doesn't necessarily have to be opposing a cause. Propaganda is a means of communication, typically in the form of posters, designed to influence and manipulate public opinion towards a particular agenda or idea. The objective of propaganda is to promote a specific viewpoint and persuade people to adopt or support it.

So, if you were to create a propaganda poster to encourage people to vote for Obama in the 2012 elections, it would indeed qualify as a propaganda poster. The purpose of such a poster would be to persuade and mobilize people in support of Obama's candidacy.

Propaganda can be both positive and negative, depending on the desired outcome. Positive propaganda aims to highlight the merits and positive aspects of a cause or candidate, whereas negative propaganda focuses on undermining or discrediting opposing forces or individuals.

In the context of elections, both positive and negative propaganda can be utilized. You can create a poster that promotes Obama's qualities, achievements, and policies, encouraging voters to support him. However, it's important to note that propaganda should be based on accurate information and avoid spreading false rumors or misinformation about Romney or any other candidate.

Remember to properly research and gather valid information about Obama's campaign, policies, and achievements to make an effective propaganda poster.
