"The Turtle and the Rabbit Run a Race" personally taught me if I don't work hard, and I cheat to earn the success I want; I will get the negative revenge of my action. The turtle won the race without working hard. If a person doesn’t work hard he/she will definitely get a negative result of what they deserve.

I think the story was more like a fable, because it is using talking animals as characters. Also the story is teaching a moral at the end. I personally don't think the story was a myth because myths explain phenomenons, and historical stories myths also explain how things happen or why they happen myths are usually fictional explanations, and ancient stories.
