Dear HK Family Court,
Subject: URGENT Directions Hearing requested for the two consolidated applications regarding children safety, protection, and well being matters requested as July 5, 2024 is too far away to address these URGENT matters putting children at risk of harm.
Consolidated applications:
1) Temporary Removal for Private Education and Quality Housing
2) Permanent Removal for Immigration
I most urgently submitted these applications for directions on April 16, 2024. There have been many documented delays due to absences up to May 6, 2024, and additional directions letters dated April 17, 2024 and May 8, 2024 further delaying this URGENT matter involving the protection and well being of children who are now at risk of harm with any further delays.
Given it is now May 13, 2023 and we have a scheduled hearing on May 28, 2024 for serval matters and these URGENT applications can be heard for directions only at that upcoming date. In order for due process, the Mother needs the Opportunity to REPLY to these consolidated applications and the many additional matters before a substantive hearing. Also, any updated Social Welfare and Psychology Reports need to be ordered as soon as possible to be completed by then as well.
Please also note that the Mother has been served TWO copies of the prior applications on May 3, 2024 and the Mother and her HKLA council are fully aware of the urgency of this situation putting children at risk of harm.
For the avoidance of any doubts, both children are in serious danger of additional harm, and this necessitates prompt attention from either yourself or an appropriate official at the HK Family Court if you are unavailable or occupied with other matters.

The Mother was served with two copies of the prior applications on May 3, 2024, and she and her HKLA council acknowledge the urgency of the situation and the risk to the children.
The children are currently in serious danger and require immediate attention. I trust the HK Family Court will prioritize this matter and provide expedited assistance.
