MIKE: [mumbling] I'm sorry, Sarah. I didn't mean for this to happen.
SARAH: [enraged] Sorry isn't going to cut it, Mike! You've ruined everything!
[Without warning, Sarah rushes towards Mike and starts hitting him repeatedly. Mike sits there, lifelessly taking the blows as tears stream down his face.]
MIKE: [weakly] Please, Sarah... stop...
SARAH: [angrily] Stop? You want me to stop? You think I'm just going to let you get away with this?
[Sarah continues to hit Mike, her anger and frustration reaching a boiling point. Mike doesn't fight back, he just sits there, taking the beating in silence.]
SARAH: [screaming] You are a disgrace, Mike! A complete and utter disgrace!
