Chapter 1
Packing
Dinner is ready called Aunt Ella, from downstairs. Racing down was Katie in the lead and behind her was Harry, in last place little Matthew.
Yay! Said Katie as she was sitting down at the table. I won and you two lost.
no fair me and Matt sit at the end of the table, said Harry,yeah said Matthew agreeing with Harry, all Katie did was smile and laugh.
Aunt Ella called two more times before Clara, Ann and Betsy made it down to the dinner table. Girls I called you down three times replied Aunt Ella as the three older girls sat down to eat.
Sorry, Aunty said Ann smiling,
Where is Uncle Dan? Is he home? Asked Betsy if she cared for all her family
before Ella would say something Clara laughed and said only Besty would ask that, laughing again.
Betsy looked like she was going to cry and Aunt Ella, ignoring what Clara said, replied to Betsy Your Uncle will be home soon, we will have to wait to say grace and eat. At the same time, the two boys were eating. Clara and Ann were laughing at the boys, and Aunt Ella looked at them.
Boys she said, I said we have to wait for your uncle to come home. At the same time, Uncle Dan walked in,

When they were done there Uncle said kids we are going to visit your aunts and my friends so we are going to stay at a hotel and you six are coming too!

As the kids got ready for bed they all said what they were going to bring, and Clara was writing it down as soon as they talked, she was really neat.
She was like a mother to her brothers and sisters, then their mother and father died. Their aunt and uncle took them in because the oldest was only ten and the youngest was only eleven months Old. Now five years later they are known as the Little ones. So after they brushed their teeth and got on their pjs they all went to sleep.

in the morning they were going to pack and the first one up was Clara so she packed her things three dresses, One pair of jeans, one pair of pants, three skirts, and three shirts and the color of the first dress was plain pink, the second was pink with purple and yellow flowers, and the third was black with pink stripes on the dress when she was done packing she was on her computer looking up things to see she looked up so many things to see it was like an hour of looking, writing, looking, and writing but she was sure they wanted to do in the lake, hike on hills, and do some really fun things.
then Ann came in the room, Hey Clara she said, I need help getting packed and we are leaving in 3 hours I think, can u help me.
ok said Clara, come with me and I will help you
and in reply Ann said, ok thanks so all I know is I want dresses, pants, shirts, and skirts but what ones that's what I need help with because I have all these clothes?
Well said Clara, I can help with that. I packed three dresses all pink, one pair of pants, one pair of jeans, three skirts, and three shirts so I will do the same for you but your clothes not mine she said laughing.

she packed an orange dress with a glittery black sash and the second dress was orange with black stripes on it, the third was a floral white dress with pink was the pinkest blush blossom was folded in her bag and she had one pair of pants, one pair of jeans, a black, green, and blue shirts, and three black skirts one was long and two a little shorter then the long one all folded nice in her bag and she put some toys in her backpack for the drive to the hotel.
Then come in Betsy all packed Hey Ann and Clara can you see if I packed this good or do I need more? Betsy asked,
Besty packed a lot of things to wear, one of the things was a really pretty purple dress that her Mothers and Clara got first when she was ten to eleven then Ann got it, and now Betsy. then she packed a pretty shirt and skirt and they had purple violets on them with hearts in it and was black then she packed jeans and a violet-blue shirt to go with it Jeans, in her backpack was drawing paper, colored pencils, and a camera
Wow said Clara smiling, and she looks to Ann she can pack herself Clara laughs

Just then katie and the boys came running in packed and ready to go

Good morning girls said Ella walking in the room
Wow i didn’t know your three were up said uncle Dan to the three younger kids and winked at the older girls who laughed
You didn’t hear us up and running? Asked Harry and Mathew nodded his head

So the family ate and dan put all the things in the car

And by the time the kids packed up all the thing they played with they made it to the hotel

After max left The desk lady said hello sir your keys two rooms rooms 202 and 203 right?

And up they went upstairs to room 202 and room 203

And as he screamed door 204 opened up and out come a lady and three boys the oldest looked like 16,14 and 12

And out they went, and down the stairs well because the elevator was taking a long time. So then they walked in the lobby and there was a line to out the door to get a room

And Clara and Ann stopped short and Ann said so much of unpacking
And clara said I know right well it's ok if max needs the room he can have it and Anna nodded with Clara

Packing
"Dinner is ready!" called Aunt Ella from downstairs. Racing down the stairs was Katie in the lead, with Harry following behind, and little Matthew coming in last place.
"Yay!" exclaimed Katie as she sat down at the table. "I won, and you two lost."
"That's not fair, me and Matt sit at the end of the table," said Harry.
"Yeah," agreed Matthew, "all Katie did was smile and laugh."
Aunt Ella called two more times before Clara, Ann, and Betsy finally made it down to the dinner table.
"Girls, I called you down three times," Aunt Ella scolded as the three older girls sat down to eat.
"Sorry, Auntie," said Ann, smiling.
"Where is Uncle Dan? Is he home?" asked Betsy, showing her concern for their family.
Before Ella could say something, Clara laughed and said, "Only Betsy would ask that," laughing again.
Ignoring Clara's comment, Aunt Ella replied, "Your Uncle will be home soon. We will have to wait to say grace and eat."
Meanwhile, the two boys were already eating. Clara and Ann chuckled at the boys, and Aunt Ella redirected their attention.
"Boys," she said, "I said we have to wait for your uncle to come home."
Uncle Dan walked in at that moment. "Well, we can say grace now," he said, and they all laughed, except for the boys who were still eating.
After saying grace and finishing their meal, Uncle Dan announced that they were going to visit their aunts and his friends, and they would be staying at a hotel.
"Yay!" exclaimed the boys and Katie simultaneously.
"So we have to pack; we are leaving tomorrow, so be ready," said Dan.
As the kids got ready for bed, they discussed what they wanted to bring. Clara took notes as they talked, organizing their packing list neatly. She had taken on a motherly role for her siblings after their parents had passed away.
Five years later, they were known as the Little Ones. After brushing their teeth and changing into their pajamas, they all settled down to sleep.
In the morning, they began packing for their trip. Clara was the first one up, and she meticulously packed her belongings – three dresses, one pair of jeans, one pair of pants, three skirts, and three shirts.
Ann came into the room seeking Clara's help with her packing. Clara assisted her in choosing dresses, pants, shirts, and skirts to pack. They sorted through Ann's clothes, selecting the best options for the trip.
Betsy then entered the room, seeking approval for her packed items. With Clara and Ann's guidance, she organized her colorful clothes and added drawing supplies and a camera to her backpack.
As the girls were finishing up, Katie and the boys burst in, already packed and excited to go. Uncle Dan informed them that breakfast was ready, and Aunt Ella had prepared food for the drive ahead.
The family enjoyed their morning meal together before loading up the car for their journey.
"Are you ready, kids?" asked Dan.
"Yes!" replied all the kids eagerly.
The Yakkee family left for their trip, ready for new adventures and experiences at the hotel they would be staying at.
Hello, we are the Yakkees," Dan announced to the desk lady, Jenna.
They received their room keys and headed up to their rooms, 202 and 203.
Once settled, they met a friendly neighbor, Faith, and her three sons, Tony, Mark, and Simon. The two families greeted each other warmly before parting ways.
Later, Max, the hotel owner, approached the Yakkees, inviting them for dinner and discussing potential accommodation arrangements.
After dinner, the family prepared for bed, excited for the adventures that awaited them in the coming days. Max's offer to stay at his house was also on their minds as they drifted off to sleep, dreaming of the new possibilities that lay ahead.
The following morning, as they prepared to head out, the hotel lobby was bustling with guests. Max explained the situation to the Yakkees, offering them a chance to stay at his house as he needed their room for an older lady.
Ella readily agreed, and they all headed to dinner with Max, ready to embark on a new chapter of their journey together.
