Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
3. Stir in the chocolate chips, if using.
4. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the cake has risen and is set in the middle.
