Career plateau is a stage in a person's career where they feel stuck or stagnant, with limited opportunities for advancement or growth. As an Industrial Psychologist, I can help individuals navigate career plateaus by providing career counseling, coaching, and interventions that can help them reassess their goals, skills, and opportunities for advancement within their current organization or industry.

Obsolescence refers to the state of being out-of-date or no longer relevant in the workforce due to changes in technology, industries, or job requirements.
