- How did you deal with them? I studied extra hard the night before the quiz and tried my best during the quiz. I also reached out to my friend to talk and resolve our argument peacefully.
- Can you change how you deal with them? I can try to manage my time better and start studying earlier to feel more prepared for quizzes. I can also work on communication skills to prevent arguments with friends in the future.

- How did you deal with them? I tried to calmly address the conflict with my teacher by expressing my concerns and listening to their perspective. I also created a study plan and sought help from classmates or tutors to prepare for the exams.
- Can you change how you deal with them? I can try to improve my communication skills to handle conflicts more effectively with teachers. I can also work on time management strategies to reduce the pressure from exams by studying consistently throughout the semester.

- How did you deal with them? I reported the bullying incident to a school counselor or administrator and sought support from friends or family. I also broke down the college application process into smaller, manageable steps and sought guidance from guidance counselors or mentors.
- Can you change how you deal with them? I can look into implementing strategies to cope with bullying incidents, such as self-defense classes or therapy. I can also work on reframing my mindset about college applications to reduce anxiety, such as reminding myself that rejection is not a reflection of my worth.
