Reflecting on my learning in this unit, I found that one strategy I used to remember the definitions of different types of literary devices was creating flashcards with examples for each. This helped me better understand how each device is used in literature and how to identify them in texts. Additionally, discussing these devices in small group settings allowed me to hear different perspectives and interpretations, deepening my understanding of their significance in storytelling. Overall, I feel more confident in analyzing and identifying literary devices in the texts we have studied.
