One thing that I found difficult about analyzing the impact of humans is that you had to analyze two different graphs. I looked at the trend of both maps moving upwards to help me understand that as the population grew so did the demand for resources.
The part of the unit I found most interesting is how to minimize our impact on the environment. I hadn’t realized how important things like reducing our use and recycling were.
Studying this unit was important because the choices I make daily can have an impact on the environment. There are many things I can do to help lessen the negative impacts.

One tip that really helped me in this unit was to focus on understanding the big picture first before going into details. This helped me see how all the concepts were connected and made it easier to grasp the overall impact of humans on the environment.
Another useful tip was to actively engage with the material by asking questions and discussing it with peers. This not only helped me reinforce my understanding but also exposed me to different perspectives that enriched my learning.
Lastly, taking breaks and giving myself time to process the information was crucial. It allowed me to come back with a fresh perspective and prevented me from feeling overwhelmed by the amount of content to study.
