- Procedure: Students sit in a circle and take turns sharing about their day, what they like/dislike, or any other topic of interest.

2. Show and Tell
- Grade: 1st Grade
- Topic/Context: Objects of interest to the students
- Benefits: Encourages descriptive language, public speaking skills, and listening comprehension
- Procedure: Students bring in an object from home and take turns presenting and describing it to the class.

3. Role-Playing
