Organizational culture refers to the shared values, beliefs, and behaviors that characterize a company or institution and shape its identity and overall way of operating.

One practical example of organizational culture that I have encountered at university is the emphasis on collaboration and community. In many of my classes, group projects and teamwork are heavily emphasized, promoting the idea that working together and supporting one another leads to better outcomes. Additionally, there is a strong sense of community within the university, with events, clubs, and organizations that bring students together and foster a sense of belonging and unity. This emphasis on collaboration and community has helped create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages students to work together towards common goals.
