The workout session was a definite success according to the client’s feedback, as marked by four main individual performances assessed, such as communication, professionalism as a trainer, demonstration of pre-planned exercises, and feedback provided to the client. Communication along with professionalism as a trainer stood out as a strength; as recorded, “trainers adeptly delivered their instruction, allowing clients to understand and feel supported. As a trainer running through the session, professionalism was consistently upheld, giving positive motivation to push their own limits in a respectful manner that is non-judgemental of the client’s fitness performance. The detailed demonstration of exercises and recommendations for appropriate instructional technique and activity focus on behalf of their physical level ensured participants to rely on the trainer, not just act on themselves. One following possible limitation, that needs to implement in the future, is consisting more diverse regression techniques to accommodate various fitness levels. Although this is not too much of a deal as at the day of the running session only had one client however, when dealing with a greater number of clients, it might need further improvements to either make the workout less challenging or more challenging. The original regression is still suitable, but the following recommendation would not only elevate the quality of future sessions for numerous students who desire to engage in training programmes in the Stretton community. rate this out of 10

I would rate this feedback as an 8 out of 10. It highlights strong points such as communication, professionalism, and detailed demonstration of exercises. The only area for improvement mentioned is the need for more diverse regression techniques for different fitness levels, which is a valid point that can enhance future sessions. Overall, it seems like a successful workout session with positive feedback.
