For Unit 6 Lesson 1, follow the steps below. You DO NOT have to complete anything within the lesson other than the slides linked below, the Pretest on page 2, and then the custom assessment (Quick Check) on the last page of the lesson, to be able to mark the lesson complete. THIS WILL BE A TWO DAY LESSON, so you will see it on the planner today and tomorrow.
Step 1: Review the following slides Middle America Geography Slides (Replace Lesson 1) and complete the Practice activities in the slides. Here is additional practice if you need it: NEARPOD PRACTICE FOR GEOGRAPHY - MIDDLE AND SOUTH AMERICA. Complete these Guided Notes for Unit 6 Lesson 1 as you go through the slides either independently or by watching the video explaining the slides.
Step 2: Start this Connexus lesson and complete the Pretest for the Unit on page 2. Then skip to page 9 (the last page) to complete the Custom Assessment Quick Check (over the content in the slides only).
Step 3: Remember to mark the lesson complete once you have completed the assessment on the last page!
