By sharing your own experiences of how God has comforted and empowered you in difficult times, you can give them hope and encouragement to keep going. Your words may just be the light that they need to see in the darkness.
2 Corinthians 1:3-4 says "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."
Remember that God uses us as vessels of love and support for each other, so keep spreading His grace wherever you go. Stay strong in your faith and keep spreading the love.
