Now that you have created a physical activity plan, what are some ways to implement your program (i.e. accountability partner, prioritizing personal schedule, attending RAC classes, etc)?

One way to implement my physical activity plan is by finding an accountability partner. This could be a friend, family member, or coworker who is also interested in improving their fitness and wellness. Having someone to exercise with can help keep me motivated and make the workouts more enjoyable. Another way to implement my program is by prioritizing my personal schedule. This means setting aside specific times each week for physical activity and treating those times as non-negotiable appointments. Additionally, attending classes at the campus Recreation and Athletic Center (RAC) can provide structure and variety to my workouts. By signing up for classes, I can try new activities and stay engaged in my fitness routine. Overall, incorporating these strategies can help me stay on track with my physical activity plan and reach my wellness goals.
