Excel Option Rename your sheet “Connexus ID - Individual Grad Plan 2024” (Connexus ID # is found at the top of your gradebook) If the first yellow highlighted box on the google sheet, you will type your Connexus ID # again. Underneath, in the second yellow highlighted box you will see: “Choose "Foundations", "On Level", or "Honors" for every Core Subject!” with a red arrow pointing to the dropdown tabs. In each drop down select level you wish for each subject. *(reference the February 9th Live Lesson recording to see definitions for levels.) After selecting each level in drop downs for core subjects, you will see that the sheet automatically fills out your course route, 9th-12th grade, based on your choice selected. DO NOT TOUCH ATTEMPT TO EDIT THESE SECTIONS. After your google sheet looks completely filled out for 9th-12th grade rows, you will need to submit a PDF of the COMPLETE Individual Grad Plan. To save as PDF: you will click “file” in the upper left corner, hover over “download” (or for excel, click “save as”), then click the “pdf” option (or for excel, select “PDF” in the drop down).
