The farming in the middle ages improved making it easy for farms to plant seeds. They invented the Crop rotation and three-field system. with these new methods it led to an increase in food supply for all of Europe. the larger the food supply meant more people could eat and the population grew. Trade grew between different regions again! Europe, Asia and Africa began to interact agian as a result of the trade boom. But in mid-1300s there were many deases but one of the biggest was known as the Black Death, it first started in Central Asia. But Asia was trading with different regions it began to spread all over like in Muslim word and Europe. Tens of millions of people died. which made it hard to star a new life because so many people died.
