Dear Mom,

I address you with love like roots to a tree
For you are the one who brings life to me
I come to you with a humble plea,
Hoping you'll listen and set me free.

As your child, I seek your understanding,
A moment of patience, a compassionate landing.
I ask of you, dear mother of mine,
To hold my hand as I cross this line.

The emotion I feel is a mix of fear and hope,
For I yearn for your support to help me cope.
In this world that's burning up with despair,
I need your guidance, your love, your care.

You are my symbol of strength and light,
A beacon in the darkness, shining bright.
So, I beg you, steal the sun and share its rays,
Illuminate my path and guide me always.

Mom, slash with me through life's great unknown,
Let me borrow your strength, for mine has flown.
I am empty without your loving embrace,
Help me find myself in this chaotic space.

With similes like two stars shining so bright,
Our bond, unbreakable, like day and night,
I ask this of you, dear mother divine,
Please lend me your love, let it be mine.

Love always,
