im crocheting a sweater but when i put it on to try it on (still only has 6 rows done) my back side is kinda shorter than my front piece will it change as i add on more rows?

Yes, it is possible that the discrepancy in length will even out as you continue to add more rows to your sweater. Keep in mind that a crochet project can be uneven and may not look entirely symmetrical until it is fully completed. As you add more rows, the weight of the fabric and the stitches may help stretch and shape it, resulting in a more even length between the front and back pieces. However, if the difference in length remains significant, you may need to adjust your tension or stitches to achieve a more balanced result. If you have concerns, it's always helpful to consult with experienced crocheters or refer to patterns and tutorials for guidance.
