Resistance can also be affected by temperature, with some materials exhibiting an increase in resistance as temperature rises (positive temperature coefficient) while others show a decrease (negative temperature coefficient).

Voltage, on the other hand, refers to the electrical potential difference between two points in a circuit. It is the driving force that pushes electric charges through a conductor and is measured in volts (V). Voltage can be thought of as the pressure that pushes the current. It is supplied by a power source, such as a battery or generator, and determines the intensity of the electric current flowing through a circuit. Higher voltage leads to a greater flow of current, while lower voltage results in a smaller flow. Voltage is essential for various electrical devices as it provides the necessary energy for their operation.
