Peace-loving citizens are being victimized by the weekly assault on our senses known as stock car racing. Every week, boisterous thrill seekers with absolutely no concern for others charge down our streets to the track. As they all throw not only caution but doubtlessly litter to the wind, they make our streets less safe. Then, of course, there’s the noise from the track that can be heard from miles away. It continues for hours, after which every spectator aggressively motors back home.
