, you can follow these steps to insert a Left Arrow shape and edit its fill color:

1. Open Publisher and go to the desired page where you want to insert the Left Arrow shape.

2. Click on the "Insert" tab located at the top of the Publisher window.

3. In the "Illustrations" group, click on the "Shapes" button.

4. A drop-down menu will appear with various shape options. Scroll down and locate the Left Arrow shape. It may be under the "Lines" subcategory or a separate category for arrows.

5. Click on the Left Arrow shape to select it.

6. Once selected, click and drag on the page to draw the Left Arrow shape with the desired size.

7. With the Left Arrow shape still selected, go to the "Format" tab that appears on the ribbon when the shape is selected.

8. In the "Shape Styles" group, click on the "Shape Fill" dropdown arrow. A color palette will appear.

9. In the color palette, locate and select the "More Fill Colors" option at the bottom.

10. The "Format Shape" pane will appear on the right side of the Publisher window. Click on the "Solid" fill option if it's not already selected.

11. In the color options, click on the "Color" dropdown arrow and scroll down. Select the "Hyperlink (Dark Blue), Lighter 60%" color option.

12. The Left Arrow shape will now be filled with the chosen color.

You can further customize the Left Arrow shape by modifying its size, position, line color, thickness, etc. using the options available in the "Format Shape" pane and the "Format" tab.
