Summarize chapter 8 of the book "And Then There Were None"

In chapter 8 of "And Then There Were None" by Agatha Christie, the remaining guests on the island, Armstrong, Blore, Lombard, and Vera, gather in the drawing-room after dinner. They discuss the recent death of Mrs. Rogers and the mysterious absence of Anthony Marston, who has not been seen since the previous evening. They conclude that Marston must be dead, and suspicion falls on Blore, who had previously accused Marston of causing the deaths of two children while driving recklessly.

They decide to search the island for Marston's body and split into two groups. Armstrong and Blore go towards the beach while Vera and Lombard search the house. On her own, Vera enters her room and finds a seaweed-covered figure hanging from the ceiling. Horrified, she discovers that it is the lifeless body of Anthony Marston.

Vera brings the others to her room, and they all realize that Marston has been poisoned. They suspect that his drink was laced with cyanide, which would explain the sudden and violent effect it had on him. They speculate that it could have been accomplished easily, as all the drinks were lined up on a table and left unattended.

The gruesome discovery further enhances the tension and fear among the remaining guests. Each of them becomes increasingly suspicious of one another, wondering who among them is the killer. They decide to stick together and form an alliance to protect themselves and uncover the truth behind these deaths.

As chapter 8 concludes, the group is filled with anxiety about their chances of survival and the unknown identity of the murderer. They remain uneasy, knowing that there is a killer in their midst and they may be the next target.
