In this section, you are required to write a reflection report on the learning experience. Once

completed, a self-evaluation must be completed to reflect on your learning experience. Use the
rubric provided.
Ensure to include the following:
1. How would you define reflection?
2. What did you learn from completing Part 1, Part 2 and the final POE?
3. What did you learn from having to correct Part 1 and Part 2 as per the feedback from
your lecturer?
4. What did you learn from having to use the updated Part 1 and Part 2 to complete your
final POE Part?
5. Was the way the activities in Part 1, Part 2, and the final POE task help you to understand
how a project may be managed and administered from start to end? Provide the reason
for your answer

1. Reflection is a process of self-analysis and self-evaluation, where an individual examines their actions, thoughts, and experiences to gain insight and understanding. It involves looking back on past events or situations, exploring the impact they had, and considering ways to improve or apply the lessons learned in the future.

2. Completing Part 1, Part 2, and the final POE provided valuable learning experiences. In Part 1, I learned about the different stages of project management and the essential components involved, such as setting objectives, project planning, and risk assessment. Part 2 allowed me to apply these concepts in a practical manner, by creating a project proposal and developing a project plan. The final POE integrated all the knowledge gained throughout the course, providing an opportunity to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of project management principles and practices.

3. The feedback received from my lecturer on Part 1 and Part 2 was incredibly helpful. It allowed me to identify areas of improvement, correct any mistakes or misunderstandings, and deepen my understanding of the subject matter. Through the corrections, I learned to pay closer attention to details, clarify my ideas and arguments, and enhance the overall quality of my work.

4. Using the updated Part 1 and Part 2 to complete the final POE was beneficial in multiple ways. Firstly, it allowed me to incorporate the improvements suggested by my lecturer and present a more refined and polished version of my project proposal and plan. Secondly, it reinforced the importance of continuous learning and improvement, as I could clearly see the progress made from the initial drafts to the final submission.

5. Yes, the activities in Part 1, Part 2, and the final POE task greatly helped in understanding how a project may be managed and administered from start to end. These activities provided a comprehensive overview of the project management process, covering important aspects such as goal setting, resource allocation, risk management, and evaluation. By engaging in these activities, I was able to apply theoretical concepts to real-life scenarios, enhancing my understanding of the practical implications and challenges of project management. Overall, these activities facilitated a holistic understanding of project management and its application in various contexts.
