A Trip to Hollywood

Cynthia heaved a sigh of relief as she got off the plane and headed toward the exit of the Los Angeles airport. To get into the college she wanted, she had had to take a very complex set of exams. But the stress of the exams had finally left her, and she was ready to enjoy a long-deserved vacation with her friends. Ever since she could remember, visiting Hollywood had been her dream, and finally, with her parent's approval, she had planned a week's trip to the great mecca of film and television.

During the trip, Cynthia and her friends visited a number of popular locations. They visited some popular television and movie sets, and were even lucky enough to see the shooting of a movie about a young boy and his pet dog. They were enthralled by the little dog's capers and playfulness. Cynthia was awestruck by the city's glamour and wished she could spend all her days here. But the fun-filled trip soon came to an end, and it was time for Cynthia to head back home. She knew that soon she would be immersed in her assignments for college, but she was glad that she could take a much-needed break and fulfill her dream. On her way back, Cynthia and her friends began making plans to return to Los Angeles next year.
