QWL is a process by which an organization responds to employee needs for developing mechanisms to allow them to share fully in making the decisions that design their lives at work.

With reference to the above statement discuss elements of work-life that create a negative Quality of Work Life (QWL) and a positive QWL.

Negative Elements of Work-Life that create a negative Quality of Work-Life (QWL):

1. Unhealthy work environment: A workplace that lacks proper safety measures, is poorly maintained, or has inadequate ventilation and lighting can negatively impact the quality of work-life. Such conditions can lead to physical discomfort and stress among employees.
