Altitude Prism

Short Definition

(This is 10th grade math, please don't make it advanced)

An altitude prism is a three-dimensional shape that has a polygon as its base and two congruent triangles as its sides. One of these triangles is the base of the pyramid and the other is an altitude from the vertex of the base to the opposite side.

An altitude prism is a geometric solid that is formed by connecting the vertices of a polygon with a point not in the same plane as the polygon. The resulting shape resembles a three-dimensional pyramid with a polygonal base. The altitude prism is named as such because the point connected to the vertices of the base is called the altitude.
